Non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating

Non-curing, full name non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating, is a modified rubber material with a special core additive that fully extracts accumulated effective components (such as carbon black, natural rubber, SBS, antioxidants, etc.) from waste rubber. It enables chemical bonding between various polymers, thereby enhancing the material's stability.
Non-curing can be used as a waterproof leak repair material. Using specialized low-pressure grouting equipment, the material is injected into the water-facing side of the structure. This grout forms a new adhesive layer between the structural layer and the damaged waterproof layer, restoring the compromised waterproofing. When secondary cracking occurs in the structure, the material's creep characteristics allow it to deform along with the structural changes, preventing secondary leakage.

This product has a solid content of over 97%, with almost no volatiles after application, resulting in nearly zero product loss. It can be applied in winter conditions as low as -30 degrees Celsius.

[Reference Dosage]: For a 1mm thick coating application, the theoretical usage is 1.3 Kg/㎡ to 1.4 Kg/㎡.
