20-inch microporous titanium powder sintered titanium rod filter element

I. Basic Information of Titanium Rod Filter Element 

1. Material: Grade 0 titanium powder. 

2. Wall thickness: 3mm, tolerance: 0.2mm. 

3. Production process: Sintered in a vacuum sintering furnace. 

4. Diameter: Ф20mm — Ф200mm (can be customized according to requirements)

      Length: L100mm — L1200mm (can be customized according to requirements)

5. Filtration accuracy: 0.5um—50um 

II. Instructions for Use 

1. The titanium rod must be used vertically. Before installation with the housing, check whether each sealing ring is in place. It is strictly forbidden to omit or misplace any sealing ring. 

2. For threaded interfaces, when installing the nut, excessive force is strictly prohibited. Stop when the sealing ring achieves a sealing effect to prevent the interface from falling off. 

3. After the housing is installed, there should be a 15 to 20-minute cleaning process. This cleaning can be done in a circulating manner to save costs. The cleaning ends after passing the inspection, and normal operation can proceed. 

4. The working pressure during normal filtration should be controlled between 0.15～0.25Mpa. If the pressure increases, it will significantly increase the difficulty of backwashing and affect the backwashing effect. Before normal use, allow at least 3～5 minutes of low-pressure startup time, meaning the pressure should gradually increase to 0.15～0.25Mpa. Instantaneous pressurization is strictly prohibited. 

5. It is recommended to incorporate backwashing of the titanium rod into the production process, i.e., backwash once before the end of each shift (8 hours). Each backwash should last 10～20 minutes, and the backwash pressure should be increased gradually to 0.25～0.3Mpa. Instantaneous pressurization is strictly prohibited. 

6. If the titanium rod is severely clogged and backwashing is ineffective, ultrasonic cleaning or chemical cleaning (acid washing, alkaline washing) should be adopted.
