Porous titanium electrode plates are a new type of high-efficiency porous filtration material made from titanium metal powder as the raw material through processes such as powder classification, molding, sintering, and mechanical welding. Due to their adjustable porosity and filtration precision over a wide range, they are widely used in fields such as self-lubrication, filtration, separation, catalysis, flame extinction, heat exchange, thermoelectric generation, and gas distribution.

Filtration Principle: Porous titanium plates are titanium metal porous filtration materials manufactured using powder metallurgy methods. Their internal pores are curved and interwoven, with uniform pore size distribution, and the filtration mechanism is typical of deep-bed filtration.

Porous titanium plates offer excellent properties such as corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, high strength, easily guaranteed filtration precision, and easy regeneration. Since they are formed from titanium powder through shaping and high-temperature sintering, surface particles are not easily dislodged. They can be used in air at temperatures up to 500–600°C and are suitable for filtering various corrosive media, such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydroxides, seawater, aqua regia, and chloride solutions of iron, copper, sodium, etc. They possess excellent mechanical properties, allowing for machining processes like cutting and welding, with high compressive strength and an internal pressure failure strength of over 2 MPa. Their filtration precision is easily ensured, and the pore size does not deform even under high temperatures and pressures. The porosity can reach 35–45%, with uniform pore size distribution and high dirt-holding capacity. Additionally, the regeneration method is simple, allowing for reuse after regeneration.
