Gas purification micron-grade titanium powder sintered plate titanium filter plate is a new type of high-efficiency porous filter material made from metal titanium powder as raw material through processes such as powder classification, molding, sintering, and mechanical welding. Due to its adjustable pore size and filtration precision over a wide range, it is widely used in self-lubrication, filtration, separation, catalysis, flame extinction, heat exchange, thermoelectric generation, and gas distribution.

Filtration Principle: The porous titanium plate is a titanium metal porous filter material manufactured using powder metallurgy methods. Its internal pores are curved, interwoven, and uniformly distributed, with a filtration mechanism typical of deep-bed filtration.
The titanium filter plate offers excellent properties such as corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, high strength, easily guaranteed filtration precision, and easy regeneration. The porous titanium plate is formed from titanium powder through shaping and high-temperature sintering, making surface particles less likely to detach. Its operating temperature in air can reach 500–600°C. It is suitable for filtering various corrosive media, such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydroxides, seawater, aqua regia, and solutions of chlorides like iron, copper, and sodium. It possesses excellent mechanical properties, allowing for machining processes like cutting and welding, with high compressive strength and an internal pressure failure strength of over 2MPa. Its filtration precision is easily ensured, and the pore size remains stable even under high temperature and pressure. Its porosity can reach 35–45%, with uniform pore size distribution and high dirt-holding capacity. The regeneration method is simple, allowing for reuse after regeneration.
