Bozheng Resin Cold Adhesive

Usage: No surface treatment with any primer is required. After applying the adhesive, no heating is needed—simply bond directly. It offers numerous advantages such as convenient operation, high bonding strength, quick positioning, high elasticity, and a soft adhesive film. Apply the adhesive evenly to the surfaces of the two materials to be bonded. Wait for 3 to 5 minutes (until it feels slightly tack-free to the touch), then align and press the two surfaces together with slight pressure to ensure closer contact. Due to the small molecular structure of the adhesive, the curing time is relatively long. It begins to take effect after 2 hours, with a noticeable increase in initial tensile strength. The adhesive strength gradually strengthens after 10 hours and reaches full tensile strength after 24 hours.
