I. Product Introduction

This instrument is widely used in industries such as papermaking, printing, textile printing and dyeing, ceramics and enamel, building materials, chemicals, grain, and salt production to measure the whiteness, yellowness, color, and color difference of objects. It can also measure the opacity, transparency, light scattering coefficient, light absorption coefficient, and ink absorption value of paper.

This instrument can measure CIE (1982) whiteness (Ganz visual whiteness) W10 and tint deviation Tw10. It can measure ISO whiteness (R457 blue light whiteness) and Z whiteness (Rz). For fluorescent whitened samples, it can also measure the fluorescent whitening degree produced by the emission of fluorescent substances. It measures the whiteness WJ of building materials and non-metallic mineral products. It can also measure Hunter whiteness WH.

II. Main Performance Features

1. Measure the color of objects, report diffuse reflectance factors Rx, Ry, Rz, tristimulus values X10, Y10, Z10, chromaticity coordinates x10, y10, lightness L*, chroma a*, b*, saturation C*ab, hue angle h*ab, dominant wavelength λd, excitation purity Pe, color difference ΔE*ab, lightness difference ΔL*, saturation difference ΔC*ab, hue difference ΔH*ab, and Hunter system L, a, b.

2. The instrument has added the function of measuring pencil lead concentration.

3. The instrument includes a printer and uses an imported thermal printer core, which does not require ink or ribbons, operates silently, and has fast printing speed.

4. The instrument is equipped with a standard RS232 interface for communication with computer software.

5. Measure yellowness YI, opacity OP, light scattering coefficient S, light absorption coefficient A, transparency, and ink absorption value.

6. The reference sample can be a physical object or data. The instrument can store and remember up to ten reference sample information.

7. The instrument has a memory function. Even after long-term shutdown and power loss, useful information such as zero adjustment, calibration, standard sample, and reference sample values stored in memory will not be lost.

8. Measure reflected optical density Dy, Dz (pencil lead concentration).

1. Simulates D65 illuminant lighting. Uses the CIE1964 supplementary colorimetric system and CIE1976 (L*a*b*) color space color difference formula.

2. Uses d/o illumination and viewing geometry. The diffuse sphere has a diameter of 150mm, the measurement aperture diameter is 25mm, and it is equipped with a light absorber to eliminate the influence of specular reflection from the sample.
