Description

  The CAFS3000 series gas mass flow sensor is manufactured using Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) flow sensing chips. It is suitable for measuring and process control of various clean, relatively dry micro-flow gases. Special packaging technology allows products of the same caliber to meet flow measurement across different ranges, while ensuring high sensitivity, high reliability, high stability, and low cost. The product has a wide range of applications.
