1. Differential and Reduction Assembly Line: Utilizes internationally advanced patented measurement technology and bolt torque tightening technology, along with an off-line main reducer no-load oil running-in test bench.
2. Rear Axle Final Assembly Production Line: Employs floor automatic conveying lines, KBK bridge structure, axle housing automatic turnover machines, electromagnetic bearing heating assembly devices, axle nut automatic torque measurement and tightening machines, as well as advanced equipment such as axle assembly running-in detection test benches.
3. Axle Assembly Coating Production Line: Uses intelligent control of suspended chains to enable uniform movement, complete and even spraying, and rapid drying of axles, resulting in high rust resistance and surface smoothness, while being energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
4. Incoming Parts Inspection Equipment: Adopts domestically leading "fully automatic three-coordinate measuring machines" to precisely and quantitatively measure geometric dimensions, form and position tolerances, and positional accuracy of parts, and determine whether they meet specifications. Additionally, "Rockwell hardness testers," "Brinell hardness testers," and "universal mechanical performance testing machines" are used to fully quantify the mechanical properties of parts. For material inspection of components, intelligent spectrometers and spectrophotometer analyzers are employed. These instruments are at advanced international and domestic levels, enabling rapid and accurate quantitative measurement of metal element content and metal microstructure composition, ensuring effective control over the material quality of parts.
