2BE1 Series Water Ring Vacuum Pumps and Compressors are high-efficiency and energy-saving products developed by our company, incorporating advanced technology from German imports.
This series of pumps features a single-stage, single-acting structure, offering advantages such as simple design, easy maintenance, reliable operation, and high energy efficiency. Compared to the widely used SK, 2SK, and SZ series water ring vacuum pumps in China, the 2BE1 series provides significant benefits including higher vacuum levels, lower power consumption, and more reliable operation, making it an ideal replacement for the SK, 2SK, and SZ series.
The 2BE1 series water ring compressors are low-pressure compressors, with a discharge pressure of approximately 0.1 MPa (gauge pressure) when used as compressors. For detailed parameters, please refer to the catalog.
The main structural features of the 2BE1 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors produced by our company are as follows:
All bearings are original imported NSK or NTN bearings, ensuring precise positioning of the impeller and high stability during operation.
All impellers are made of ductile iron castings or steel plate welding, ensuring the stability of the 2BE1 vacuum pump impeller under various harsh conditions and significantly extending the service life of the pump.
The pump body is entirely made of steel plate, enhancing the durability of the 2BE1 vacuum pump.
The shaft sleeve, as the most vulnerable part, is made of high-chromium stainless steel, increasing its lifespan by five times compared to ordinary materials.
The pulley (belt drive) uses standard high-precision taper bush pulleys, ensuring reliable operation, long belt life, and easy disassembly.
The coupling (direct drive) uses standard high-strength flexible couplings with polyurethane elastic elements, providing stable and reliable operation and long service life.
The unique top-mounted air-water separator saves space and effectively reduces noise.
All castings are produced using resin sand casting, resulting in excellent surface quality. The castings do not require putty, ensuring optimal heat dissipation for the 2BE1 vacuum pump.
Mechanical seals (optional accessories) are all imported, ensuring no leakage during long-term operation of the 2BE1 series vacuum pumps.

Note: The motor power selected above can operate under most conditions. If the discharge pressure is high (0.02–0.05 MPa), the motor power should be increased accordingly. If the shaft power of the 2BE1 vacuum pump is low during normal operation, a motor power close to the shaft power can be selected for greater energy efficiency.
Note: The water temperature significantly affects the performance of water ring vacuum pumps. The performance curves of water ring vacuum pumps are measured at a water temperature of 15°C. Therefore, when selecting a water ring vacuum pump, the air extraction rate should be corrected.
