Introduction to Sliding Tables

The mechanical CNC sliding table consists of a bed, sliding plate, lead screw, gearbox, and other components. Its structure is simple and easy to maintain. The working principle of the mechanical CNC sliding table involves the sliding plate moving longitudinally along the bed, driven by the lead screw and the gearbox, allowing for various operating speeds, both fast and slow.

This sliding table adopts a double-enclosed structure (between the two guide rails) with high precision; the precision grade uses plastic guide rails for excellent dynamic performance. This sliding table has high rigidity, minimal thermal deformation, and high feed stability, ensuring actual accuracy under machining conditions (under load). This sliding table easily achieves stepless speed regulation and CNC integration, making it an ideal component for high-precision and flexible applications.

Mechanical CNC sliding tables are used to achieve feed motion and can be used horizontally or vertically. By installing various components such as power units (equipped with multi-spindle heads), drilling heads, boring heads, milling heads, and boring and facing heads on the mechanical CNC sliding table, it can perform processes like drilling, reaming, boring, counterboring, spot facing, end facing, chamfering, facing, milling, and tapping.
