KCB Stainless Steel Gear Pump is mainly used in the lubrication systems of various mechanical equipment to transport lubricating oil. It is suitable for conveying oils with a viscosity of 5×10⁻⁶ to 1.5×10⁻³ m²/s (5-1500 cSt) and a temperature below 300°C that have lubricating properties. The stainless steel gear pump can also transport non-lubricating oils, beverages, and low-corrosive liquids. Equipped with copper gears, it can convey low flash point liquids. In addition to standard motors, this series of stainless steel pumps can also be configured with explosion-proof motors of the same specifications as per user requirements. Materials: 304, 316, 316L stainless steel.
● Application Scope
In oil transfer systems, it can be used as a transfer or booster pump;
In fuel systems, it can be used as a fuel pump for transfer, pressurization, and injection;
In all industrial fields, the stainless steel gear oil pump can be used as a lubricating oil pump.
