Boleer Class 1 rubber-plastic insulation material is a flexible closed-cell foam insulation material foamed with nitrile rubber as the main raw material. It has excellent thermal insulation performance, low thermal conductivity, fire safety and flame retardancy, long service life, non-corrosive to metal pipes, energy-saving, healthy and environmentally friendly. It is suitable for thermal insulation of various equipment (-40°C to 105°C). The product is black and is divided into two categories: sheets and pipes. It is widely used in central air conditioning system water pipes and air ducts, hot water pipes, and process pipe insulation projects in public places such as industrial/civil buildings, petrochemicals, medical and health care.
1. Low thermal conductivity
Boleer Class 1 rubber-plastic insulation material adopts advanced "nano" foaming technology, with a closed-cell rate of almost 100%. The cell structure is uniform and fine, with extremely low thermal conductivity (≤0.031 at 0°C).
2. High moisture resistance factor
Boleer Class 1 rubber-plastic insulation material has a good closed-cell structure and excellent resistance to water vapor penetration. The moisture resistance factor μ≥15000, making the material both an insulation layer and a moisture barrier, ensuring long-term stability of material performance with a service life of up to 15 years.
3. High safety and fire performance
Using a unique environmentally friendly formula, it contains no halogens. The fire-retardant medium is distributed in every cell structure inside the material. It does not produce harmful smoke to humans when burned, complying with the national new fire standard GB 8624-2012 for difficult-to-burn B1 grade. At the same time, it performs excellently in additional ratings: smoke production, burning droplets, and smoke toxicity, making it an ideal product for customers choosing insulation materials.
