Dock steel pile bracket type aluminum alloy sacrificial anode
Other Products
Aluminum has low driving voltage, light weight, and high current.
The electrode potential of aluminum alloy sacrificial anodes generally ranges from -0.75 to -1.30V (SHE), with current efficiency between 95% (for Hg-containing alloys) and 70% to 80% (for Cd, In, Sn-containing alloys). Adding two or more alloying elements to aluminum can significantly improve the performance of sacrificial anodes, achieving both sufficiently negative voltage and high current efficiency.
Usage Notes:Avoid collision with steel structures; not suitable for use in soil.
It is not recommended for use in soil mainly because the corrosion products formed on its surface are difficult to migrate in a timely manner in soil, easily forming a dense product film that wraps around the anode, leading to difficulties in electrical generation and potential failure of cathodic protection.
Scope of Application:
Bangxin anti-corrosion aluminum alloy sacrificial anodes can prevent corrosion of steel structures in seawater. They are suitable for cathodic protection of metal corrosion in facilities such as ships, mechanical equipment, marine engineering, and port facilities in seawater media, as well as pipelines and cables in seabed mud.
