Both height and color can be customized according to your needs! 1. The mobile lifting lightning rod is designed to intercept direct lightning strikes, conduct lightning current into the ground, and provide direct lightning protection.

Installation Requirements for Lifting Lightning Rods:
1. Fix the support plate of the lifting rod to the pre-embedded anchor bolts, weld a rib plate, then erect the lifting rod, align and straighten it, perform spot welding, adjust as needed, and weld the other three rib plates. Weld the down conductor to the base plate, remove slag, and apply anticorrosion paint.
2. Angle iron supports should have dovetail ends, with an embedding depth of not less than 100mm; flat steel and round steel supports should have an embedding depth of not less than 80mm.
3. All lifting rod supports must be secure, with full mortar filling, level and plumb.
4. The top of various electric antenna lifting rod supports for lightning protection devices should generally be 100mm away from the building surface; the top of the grounding main support should be 20mm away from the wall surface.
5. The horizontal spacing of lifting lightning rod supports should not exceed 1m (2m for concrete supports); vertical spacing should not exceed 1.5m. Spacings should be uniform, with an allowable deviation of 30mm. The distance from the supports on both sides of a corner to the center of the corner should not exceed 250mm.
6. Lifting lightning rod supports should be straight. Horizontal tolerance per 2m inspection section is 3/1000; vertical tolerance per 3m inspection section is 2/1000; but the total length deviation should not exceed 10mm.
7. All iron components such as lifting rod supports for lightning rods should undergo anticorrosion treatment.
8. The cement mortar used for embedding supports should have a mix ratio not lower than 1:2.
9. Installation of lifting lightning rod supports should, if possible, involve pre-embedding supports or iron components during structural construction.
10. Mark lines and position spacings according to design requirements.
11. Other: Use a hand hammer and chisel to carve holes; the hole size should be consistent inside and out.
12. First, embed the supports at both ends of a straight line, then use a wire to align and embed the other supports. Before embedding, wet the holes with water.
13. If using concrete supports, arrange them at the designated spacings. First, stretch a line between the supports at both ends of the lightning rod, then level and align the other supports with mortar.
14. If the wall has pre-embedded iron components, the lifting lightning rod supports can be directly welded to them; the alignment method is the same as above.
