1. Product Use: Used for the cultivation of enterobacteria in fermentation engineering, genetic engineering, and molecular biology.

2. Principle: Casein peptone and yeast extract powder provide nitrogen sources, vitamins, and growth factors; sodium chloride maintains balanced osmotic pressure; glucose provides a carbon source; agar is the solidifying agent for the medium.
