Transformer Capacity Tester is a new instrument developed by our company's R&D team specifically to address issues such as unauthorized capacity increases and evasion of basic electricity fees by non-compliant power users. It is a high-precision instrument dedicated to measuring transformer capacity and characteristic parameters. This product features a color large-screen LCD display with Chinese language interface, user-friendly menu-based operation, and an intuitive human-machine interface. The instrument is equipped with an efficient built-in rechargeable battery, allowing it to operate without an external power source. A full charge enables continuous testing of over 100 transformers. Additionally, the instrument provides a three-phase precision 50Hz sinusoidal AC test power supply, eliminating the need for external three-phase test power sources, voltage regulators, current boosters, and other auxiliary equipment when measuring transformer capacity and transformer load loss, thereby significantly improving work efficiency.
This instrument is a multifunctional measuring device, equivalent to two traditional test instruments: the Active Transformer Capacity Characteristic Tester + Transformer Characteristic Parameter Tester. It can accurately measure a series of power frequency parameters for various transformers, including capacity, type, no-load current, no-load loss, load loss, impedance voltage, and more.
This product offers numerous advantages, including compact size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, excellent stability, and simple operation. It fully replaces the traditional multi-meter method for measuring transformer loss and capacity, with simpler wiring and more convenient testing and recording, greatly enhancing work efficiency.
Product Features
1. Can perform on-site measurement of various distribution and power transformer capacities without requiring an additional power source, making detection more convenient and faster.
2. When combined with external power sources, voltage regulation, step-up, and current boosting equipment, it can measure various transformer characteristic data such as no-load current, no-load loss, impedance voltage, and load loss.
3. All test results are automatically corrected. Simply input relevant parameters (such as temperature, no-load correction coefficient, etc.), and the instrument will automatically perform various corrections, including waveform distortion correction, temperature correction, non-rated voltage correction, and non-rated current correction, ensuring higher accuracy of test results.
4. During transformer characteristic measurement, the voltage range can reach up to 750V, and the current range up to 100A, with built-in protection circuits. There is no need to switch ranges during measurement to ensure accuracy, and users need not worry about damaging the instrument due to incorrect range selection.
5. During transformer characteristic testing, both voltage and current ranges can be flexibly and easily expanded by simply connecting external voltage transformers and current transformers, significantly broadening the instrument's testing range.
6. Features a large-screen, high-brightness LCD display with full Chinese menu and operation prompts, providing a very user-friendly human-machine dialogue interface. The wide-temperature, adjustable-brightness LCD screen adapts to different environmental temperatures.
7. Based on the no-load and load loss in the test results, it can automatically infer the performance level of three-phase oil-immersed distribution and power transformers for on-site reference by personnel (currently, this instrument can only assign performance level codes to three-phase oil-immersed distribution and power transformers. Inferences for other types of transformers are invalid).
