DC High Voltage Generator is a new generation of portable high-voltage testing instruments designed and manufactured according to China's new power industry standard DL/T848.1-2004 "General Technical Conditions for High Voltage Test Devices Part 1: DC High Voltage Generators". It is specifically used to test the electrical insulation strength and leakage current of power devices.
This instrument adopts a high-frequency voltage multiplier circuit, utilizing the latest PWM pulse width modulation technology and voltage-current dual closed-loop feedback technology to improve power supply regulation and load regulation, resulting in high voltage stability and low ripple. It uses imported high-power IGBT devices and their driving technology to eliminate switching interference, achieving high quality and portability of the DC high voltage generator. Imported high-frequency high-voltage rectifier diodes are selected to make the voltage multiplier cylinder more compact and lightweight, enhancing overall efficiency.
Based on EMI electromagnetic interference and EMC electromagnetic compatibility theory, measures such as isolation and grounding are adopted to improve overall safety, enabling it to withstand rated voltage discharge without damage. The instrument features comprehensive protection functions, including zero-position protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and breakdown protection. The protection circuit uses nanosecond-level specialized sensors, ensuring rapid and reliable operation to effectively safeguard personnel and equipment safety. Overvoltage setting employs digital dial switches, offering simple operation and high setting accuracy. An intelligent high-precision 0.75U function button is added to facilitate testing of zinc oxide arresters.
This instrument adopts an integrated design: the voltage multiplier cylinder and the main unit are housed in one chassis. Combining new technology and selected new components, it achieves advantages such as small size, high power, light weight, easy operation, safety, reliability, and high-quality power output, making it an ideal testing instrument in the high-voltage testing industry.
This instrument is suitable for DC withstand voltage tests and leakage tests on equipment such as zinc oxide arresters, magnetic blow arresters, power cables, transformers, and generators in sectors including power, railways, chemicals, industrial and mining, metallurgy, and steel. It can also serve as a power source for electrostatic dust collection, spraying, etc.
