Product Introduction

       NDRTL-Ⅲ Transformer Characteristics and Capacity Tester is a high-precision instrument specifically developed by our company for measuring transformer capacity and loss parameters. It features a built-in high-performance rechargeable battery, allowing operation without an external power supply. A single charge supports continuous testing of up to 500 units. Additionally, it generates an internal digitally synthesized three-phase standard sine wave signal (not merely inverted AC output, ensuring accurate test data under non-rated conditions). Through a power amplifier, it provides a three-phase precision AC test source. When measuring transformer capacity and short-circuit loss, it eliminates the need for external three-phase test power sources, voltage regulators, current boosters, and other auxiliary equipment, simplifying wiring and significantly improving work efficiency.

       It delivers highly accurate capacity test results. This single device integrates the functionality of four instruments: Active Transformer Capacity Tester + Transformer Loss Parameter Tester + Harmonic Analyzer + Oscilloscope. It can precisely measure a series of power frequency parameters such as capacity, no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit loss, and impedance voltage for various transformers. It also measures voltage and current distortion and harmonic content during no-load and load tests, and supports vector analysis.

       The instrument offers advantages such as compact size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, excellent stability, and user-friendly operation. It fully replaces traditional multi-meter methods for measuring transformer loss and capacity, with simple wiring and convenient testing and recording, greatly enhancing work efficiency. It features a large color LCD display, menu-driven operation with Chinese prompts, and a multi-parameter display interface.
