Product Introduction

      The NDXZ series variable frequency series resonance system consists of a variable frequency power supply, excitation transformer, reactor, and capacitive voltage divider. The capacitance of the test object and the reactor form a series resonance connection; the voltage divider is connected in parallel with the test object to measure the resonant voltage across it and provide overvoltage protection signals. The frequency-modulated power output is coupled to the series resonance circuit through the excitation transformer, supplying the excitation power for series resonance. The variable frequency series resonance test device operates on the principle of series resonance, using the excitation transformer to stimulate the series resonance circuit. By adjusting the output frequency of the frequency converter controller, the circuit inductance L and the test object capacitance C achieve series resonance, with the resonant voltage being the voltage applied to the test object. The variable frequency resonance test device is widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, petroleum, and chemical engineering, and is suitable for acceptance and preventive tests of high-capacity, high-voltage capacitive test objects.

☆ Cables with voltage levels of 35kV and below are used in large quantities, resulting in heavy testing workloads. Therefore, such withstand voltage test devices are compact, lightweight, and portable, leading to the development of portable cable withstand voltage test systems.
