Product Introduction

       NDBC-Ⅷ Transformer Turns Ratio Tester is the second-generation professional turns ratio testing equipment newly launched. It can be used for three-phase transformer testing in power systems and is suitable for testing Z-type winding transformers, rectifier transformers, and balanced transformers.

       The instrument features a large LCD screen, full Chinese menu, and Chinese character print output. With a user-friendly interface, complete functions, and convenient operation, it is an ideal device for power systems, transformer manufacturers, and railway electrical systems to test transformer turns ratio, winding group, polarity, and phase angle.

Product Features

☆、The instrument comes with a built-in lithium battery, enabling on-site turns ratio testing without an external power supply. A single charge supports at least 100 transformer tests.

☆、Integrated with a stable amplitude and constant phase single-phase and three-phase standard power source.

☆、The internal standard power source offers high output power (5A output), making it particularly suitable for low-voltage transformer testing and turn ratio testing of semi-finished products during CT and PT manufacturing.

☆、Accurately and quickly tests the turn ratio, turn ratio error, and phase difference of current transformers (CT) and voltage transformers (PT).

☆、Tests single-phase or three-phase transformers, suitable for Z-type winding transformers, rectifier transformers, and Scott, inverse Scott, and balanced transformers in railway electrical systems.

☆、Utilizes partial discharge-free voltage regulation output, with fast voltage adjustment and measurement—completing step-up and testing in just 5 seconds.

☆、Automatically identifies the rated turns ratio of the current tap: when testing multi-tap transformers, only the tap changer ratio needs to be input once; no need to input the current tap number, greatly improving efficiency.

☆、Includes overcurrent protection and wiring check functions.

☆、Features a 320x240 large-screen, high-brightness LCD display with full Chinese menu and operation prompts for user-friendly interaction. A rotary mouse simplifies operation.
