The Microcomputer-Based Relay Protection Calibrator is a new type of compact microcomputer relay protection tester developed with reference to the DL/T624-1997 "Technical Conditions for Microcomputer-Based Relay Protection Test Devices" issued by the Ministry of Electric Power. It incorporates extensive user feedback, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of similar domestic products, and fully utilizes modern advanced microelectronic technologies and components. This microcomputer relay protection tester can operate independently as a standalone unit or be connected to a laptop for operation. The main unit adopts a DSP+FPGA structure, features true 16-bit DAC output, and is equipped with a new modular high-fidelity linear high-power amplifier. It includes an 8.4-inch TFT true-color display with a resolution of 800×600 and industrial-grade keyboard and mouse. Running on the Windows XP operating system, it is powerful, compact, and highly accurate. It combines the superior performance and advanced functions of large testers with the compact size, flexibility, ease of operation, and high reliability of small testers, offering excellent value for money. Features a high-performance embedded industrial control computer and a large high-resolution color TFT LCD screen, providing rich and intuitive information such as the device's current working status, next-step prompts, and various help messages.
Equipped with an ultra-thin industrial keyboard and touch mouse, allowing operations to be performed similarly to a standard PC via keyboard or mouse.
Includes an external USB port for easy data storage and software maintenance.
Capable of testing all items without requiring external devices, automatically displaying and recording test data, and generating vector diagrams and characteristic curves.
Employs a high-performance D/A converter to produce waveforms with high precision, excellent linearity, and superior transient response and amplitude-frequency characteristics. Waveform accuracy and other specifications are guaranteed across the entire measurement range.
Directly outputs AC voltage, AC current, DC voltage, and DC current with adjustable amplitude, phase angle, and frequency.
The power amplifier section uses a new high-power, high-fidelity linear amplifier circuit, delivering high output power with minimal ripple interference. Even at maximum output current, the waveform remains undistorted and unclipped.
The input interface automatically adapts to both passive (dry contact) and active signals, including polarity for active inputs, and operates reliably within an input voltage range of ±250V.
Capable of performing complex calibration tasks, easily testing and scanning various protection settings, storing test data in real time, displaying vector diagrams, and printing reports.
Features a well-designed chassis structure that is compact, with excellent heat dissipation, lightweight, portable, and convenient for field testing.
