       NDTTS-V Integrated Test Bench is a multifunctional comprehensive experimental device developed by our company based on the undergraduate curriculum of Electrical Engineering and Automation in higher education institutions. This experimental setup can not only meet the multi-level experimental teaching and training requirements for undergraduate courses such as "Power System Analysis," "Power System Automation," "Power System Relay Protection," "Electrical Machinery," "Factory Power Supply," and "Power System Dispatching Automation," but also serves as an experimental platform for graduate students, relevant faculty, and engineering technicians to conduct research and development in power plant automation, substation monitoring, and power system operation.

       This experimental device is fully functional, highly automated, complies with national standards, and its operational procedures align with actual power system practices.


Product Features

☆ Train users on how to operate instruments and meters using electrical components on the integrated test bench and laboratory equipment: ammeters and voltmeters, multimeters, megohmmeters, power factor meters, wattmeters, AC/DC bridges, phase voltmeters, relay protection testers, transformer calibrators, transducer calibrators, oscilloscopes, waveform recorders, etc. (the test bench itself does not include the above instruments);

☆ Provide training on secondary electrical equipment, familiarizing users with the functions and structures of common secondary devices such as relays, contactors, current transformers, voltage transformers, and wattmeters;

☆ Train users to perform calibration and setting adjustments for conventional relays on the integrated test bench, including time relays, voltage relays, and current relays; calibration of time relays, electrical transducers, ammeters, voltmeters, wattmeters, display instruments, etc.;

☆ Use instruments such as transformer calibrators to conduct secondary inspections and tests on current transformers and voltage transformers on the integrated test bench;

☆ The integrated test bench can be used for training on typical secondary electrical circuits (6KV switchgear, 380V switchgear), including calibration of 6KV protection devices, wiring, inspection, and testing of secondary circuits;

☆ The integrated test bench can be used for motor forward/reverse rotation, star-delta starting, DC motor starting connections, control circuit testing and debugging, and simple speed control of wound-rotor asynchronous motors;

☆ Use instruments to test thyristors, diodes, capacitors, and resistors on the integrated test bench; conduct thyristor conduction tests; debug single-phase (three-phase) half-controlled (fully-controlled) bridge rectifier circuits (resistive load);

☆ Product Structure
       The integrated test bench features an iron double-layer matte textured spray-coated structure (minimum thickness 2 mm), color: International Gray RAL7032. The desktop is fireproof and waterproof, with a sturdy, enclosed rectangular shape (refer to attached drawing style), and an aesthetically pleasing design. The integrated test bench is equipped with four casters and four adjustable leveling mechanisms for easy mobility and stabilization.
☆ Power Supply
     (1) The main power cable of the integrated test bench connects via an aviation plug. Three-phase four-wire 380V AC power is supplied to the device through an air switch, with a voltmeter monitoring grid voltage. It includes lighted fuse protection, and the control panel's power is managed by a key switch and start/stop switch (with an emergency stop button), along with leakage alarm indication and reset functionality.
     (2) The air switch must have leakage protection, including voltage-type and current-type leakage protectors to ensure operator safety;
     (3) The test bench is equipped with two single-phase three-pole 220V power sockets and one set of three-phase four-pole 380V terminals (controlled by independent air switches). High-voltage and low-voltage connections and sockets are separated and cannot be mixed. High-voltage connection wires and sockets use fully enclosed technology for safety, reliability, and shock prevention.
    (4) All AC and DC power outputs include monitoring and short-circuit protection functions.
       a) DC regulated power supply: ±12V/2A two channels, +5V/1A one channel, with soft short-circuit cutoff and auto-recovery protection.
       b) DC 110V power is externally supplied, requiring only an air switch for configuration;
