Product Introduction

  DC resistance of transformers is a mandatory test item during manufacturing semi-finished and finished products, factory acceptance tests, installation, commissioning tests, and preventive tests conducted by power departments. It effectively identifies manufacturing defects such as material selection, welding issues, loose connections, missing strands, broken wires in transformer windings, as well as problems arising after operation.

  Transformer DC Resistance Tester is a new type of instrument that integrates a high-precision constant current source with DC resistance testing, significantly reducing the instrument's size and weight while expanding the measurement range. Controlled by a high-performance microcontroller, the instrument automatically completes current stabilization judgment, data acquisition, processing, and resistance value display. It can quickly and accurately measure the DC resistance of transformers, mutual inductors, generators, motors, and lines, making it an ideal testing product for power generation and supply units, transformer manufacturing industries, and large and medium-sized electricity consumers.

☆ Three-phase testing: For transformers with high-voltage or low-voltage side connected in YN or yn configuration, only one wiring is needed. The instrument can simultaneously measure the DC resistance of A0, B0, and C0, and automatically calculate the three-phase unbalance rate, greatly saving testing time;

☆ Single-phase testing: For transformers with any connection type, only one wiring is required. The instrument can operate to select any winding of the transformer for testing, and the entire testing process does not require reconnecting test leads;

☆ Assisted magnetization testing: For three-phase five-limb low-voltage delta-connected (YNd11) transformers, the instrument can automatically connect or short-circuit the winding's assisted magnetization circuit to quickly test the DC resistance of low-voltage windings;

☆ High-voltage demagnetization: For three-phase transformers, demagnetization can be completed in one to two operations;

☆ Longitudinal testing of DC resistance for on-load tap-changing transformers can be completed with a single start operation;

☆ Equipped with an internal test matrix, it can save the DC resistance values and three-phase unbalance rate for each tap position of the transformer;

☆ Features resistance temperature conversion function, facilitating comparison with test sample resistance data;
