Product Introduction

       NDBYZ-Ⅲ Transformer On-Load Tap Changer Tester is a comprehensive measuring instrument used to measure and analyze the electrical performance indicators of power transformers and special transformer on-load tap changers in power systems. It employs computer control and specially designed measurement circuits to measure parameters such as transition time, transition waveform, transition resistance, and three-phase simultaneity of the on-load tap changer. Depending on needs and field conditions, users can directly measure from the tap changer leads or connect directly from the transformer's three-phase bushings and neutral point.

       NDBYZ-Ⅲ Transformer On-Load Tap Changer Tester features functions such as analysis, storage, and printing of measured data. It addresses the current backward measurement methods and lack of specialized testing tools for transformer on-load tap changers in power systems. It can promptly diagnose potential faults in on-load tap changers during preventive testing of power equipment and transformer overhauls, which is of great significance for improving the reliability of power system operation.
       NDBYZ-Ⅲ Transformer On-Load Tap Changer Tester has three channels that can simultaneously record phases A, B, and C. The instrument can automatically capture and display the process of transition resistance and time jump during the transition. Unaffected by weather, its functionality is far superior to that of an optical oscilloscope.
