Product Introduction

   The NDTTS-Ⅲ Transformer Comprehensive Test System complies with relevant national standards such asGB1094,GB/T4776,GB/T5169, etc. The transformer comprehensive test system produced by our company is mainly used for testing the no-load and load characteristics of power transformers and distribution transformers. It can also perform frequency multiplication induction and power frequency withstand voltage tests on the tested transformers.                 

     The NDTTS-Ⅲ Transformer Comprehensive Test System is directionally developed and designed to meet the needs of various units such as power supply and distribution system inspection for random sampling of transformer performance and parameter detection, production process testing and finished product inspection for transformer manufacturers, scientific research units for design and modification of transformers to verify their design, providing accurate parameters and data. It integrates multiple test functions of transformers into one comprehensive test system.

   The NDTTS-Ⅲ Transformer Comprehensive Test System is based on the original NDTTS-Ⅱ Transformer Comprehensive Test Bench with additional functions, making the system more intelligent, modern, and easier to operate. This system also reflects the strength of transformer manufacturers. The system has two operating modes (the two operating modes are interlocked and can only work in one mode at a time), retaining the original button operation mode of the transformer comprehensive test bench and adding a computer operation mode. This operation mode only requires clicking the mouse on the computer monitor to complete the test. All operations are executed by the PLC in the system to start its command execution unit and complete the test. In addition, the system is also equipped with a video monitoring system to monitor the test area, making it safer and more reliable. The system integrates test wiring, test control, monitoring, measurement, protection, display, data acquisition, analysis and processing, measurement control, storage, printing, and protection into one. The entire test process is automatically completed, with outstanding advantages of high efficiency and high precision.
