Product Introduction

        Transformer DC resistance is a mandatory test item in transformer manufacturing for semi-finished and finished products, factory acceptance tests, installation, major overhauls, after tap changer adjustments, handover tests, and preventive tests conducted by power departments. It can inspect the welding quality of winding connections and detect inter-turn short circuits in windings. It also verifies whether each position of the tap changer makes good contact, whether the actual position of the tap changer matches the indicated position, whether there are broken leads, and whether there are broken strands in multi-strand parallel windings. To meet the need for rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance, our company has developed the NDZR-50A Transformer DC Resistance Tester. This instrument adopts advanced power supply technology, featuring compact size, light weight, high output current, excellent repeatability, strong anti-interference capability, and comprehensive protection functions.
