Product Introduction

     Transformer DC resistance is a mandatory test item in transformer manufacturing for semi-finished and finished products, factory acceptance tests, installation, major overhauls, after tap changer adjustments, handover tests, and preventive tests by power departments. It can inspect the welding quality of winding connections and detect inter-turn short circuits in windings. It also checks whether each position of the voltage tap changer makes good contact, whether the actual position matches the indicated position, whether there are broken leads, and whether multi-strand parallel windings have broken strands. To meet the need for rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance, our company developed the NDZR-40A Transformer DC Resistance Tester. This instrument adopts new power supply technology, featuring compact size, light weight, high output current, good repeatability, strong anti-interference capability, and comprehensive protection functions.
