Product Introduction

         SF6 circuit breakers are high-voltage electrical devices widely used in power systems. The reliable operation of SF6 circuit breakers has become one of the key concerns for power supply and utilization departments. The SF6 gas density relay is an important component used to monitor changes in the SF6 gas density within the SF6 circuit breaker during operation. Its performance directly affects the operational safety of the SF6 circuit breaker. SF6 gas density relays in field operation often experience issues such as inflexible operation and poor contact of the contacts due to infrequent activation over time. Some may also exhibit degraded temperature compensation performance, leading to misoperation of the SF6 density relay during sudden changes in ambient temperature. Therefore, DL/T596-2005 "Preventive Test Code for Electric Power Equipment" stipulates that all users of SF6 circuit breakers should regularly calibrate the SF6 gas density relay. Based on actual operational conditions, it is also very necessary to periodically calibrate SF6 density relays and pressure gauges in field operation.
