Product Application
    This machine is used for the cotton blending process in the blowing room, suitable for blending raw cotton as well as raw cotton with synthetic fibers, the latter requiring higher blending uniformity. The FA025A is equipped with a beater at the cotton outlet, allowing the blended fibers to be further opened and supplied to the next machine.

Adopts scientific and effective blending methods: airflow blending, layered blending, and intensive blending.
Using this machine ensures consistent and uniform blending results, producing high-quality carded sliver and significantly reducing the end breakage rate of spun yarn. It is particularly essential for blended spinning.
The FA025A model also features opening and impurity removal functions. Using this machine in the blowing room can reduce the need for one fine opener.
