1. Conventional locker cabinets can be categorized based on the number of doors: three-door, six-door, nine-door, twelve-door, sixteen-door, twenty-four-door, etc. The typical thickness of a locker cabinet is 0.7mm or 0.8mm, featuring a 45-degree inclined surface with a label slot, ventilation opening, clothing rod, and shelves, equipped with a standard built-in lock.

2. Some are paired with shoe cabinets for use. The size of the shoe cabinet can be customized to store casual shoes and employees' own footwear.

3. The commonly paired clothing rack sizes are mainly available in two types: 1000*600*1600mm   1500*600*1600mm    2000*600*1600mm.

The typical spacing between clothing hooks is 100mm, accommodating 20 hooks.

Material: Made of stainless steel square and round tubes, the clothing rod is constructed from Φ25mm round tube, primarily used for storing employees' personal clothing or work uniforms.

4. Dual-purpose boot rack: Divided into upper and lower layers, the upper layer holds boots, while the lower layer stores casual shoes.

For boot water drainage and drying, each boot rod is equipped with an air outlet. Air can be blown through the built-in heating and air supply system to accelerate moisture removal from the boots. Made of 304 stainless steel, it features ozone sterilization and drying functions. The boot insertion tubes are designed with a U-shaped upward bend.

5. Handwashing sink: Foot-operated disinfectant handwashing sink and sensor-activated disinfectant handwashing sink.

The size of the disinfectant handwashing sink is based on the workstation.

6. Air shower: Manual air shower and fully automatic air shower.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel, with a 304 embossed anti-slip base plate and 5mm thick 3C certified tempered safety glass, fixed with aluminum strips and silicone-free sealant. Equipped with 20 nozzles per meter, featuring multi-angle embedded adjustable mirror-polished stainless steel nozzles. Face wind speed ranges from 22~25m/s, complying with industry standards. Air is blown from three sides—both sides and the top—ensuring excellent air shower effects. The inner blowing height ranges between 650~1500mm. The air return is located on the inner side, 70~450mm from the base. The air shower operates on an internal circulation system: wind generated by the high-pressure centrifugal fan in the fan box enters the air chamber, is filtered through a high-efficiency filter, and forms high-pressure airflow via stainless steel nozzles, blowing into the air shower channel. The negative pressure created by the rotation of the high-pressure centrifugal fan's impeller draws air from the channel back into the fan box through the return air inlet. The automatic door includes an anti-pinch device; in case of sudden power failure, personnel can manually open the inner and outer doors to exit safely. Equipped with high-quality Opple LED ultra-thin embedded downlights, ceiling-mounted with delayed lighting function. The lights turn on when the door opens and delay for 60 seconds after the air shower ends before turning off. Includes photoelectric sensors. The text display shows internal blow-off, lighting screen, and time adjustment buttons. Air shower time is adjustable from 0 to 99 seconds. An LED display shows door status, fan activation, and air shower time. The dual-door indicator system uses advanced integrated circuits for sensor-activated automatic blow-off; when a person enters the air shower, it automatically detects and initiates the blow-off (entering from the exit door does not trigger blow-off, making the program more advanced and intelligent). It includes two blow-off modes—intercept and direct—which can be manually switched on the control panel, and features an emergency stop function.
