Stainless steel air shower room for three-sided air blowing in clean workshops

1. The entire air shower room is made of 304 stainless steel. The cabinet uses 8-nickel 304 stainless steel plates, and the bottom is made of 8-nickel 304 embossed anti-slip stainless steel plates.

2. Each meter is equipped with two 0.75kW specialized centrifugal high-pressure fans for air showers. This is our exclusive feature—many devices only have two fans in total, but we provide two fans per meter to ensure effective air shower performance.

Three-sided air blowing: nozzles are installed on both side panels and the top, making it suitable for export food processing enterprises or high-precision instrument industries with stringent requirements. Each side has 16 nozzles, and the top has an additional 8, ensuring thorough air blowing.

5. Our company, Kemaier, uses four sets of partitioned high-efficiency filters, achieving a 99.99% purification effect at the thousand-class level. Each meter is equipped with two filters.

6. The biggest advantage is the anti-pinch function. When someone is at the door, the system can sense it and will not automatically close the door.

7. Our air shower room allows multiple people to enter and undergo air shower simultaneously. The standard size is 3000*1700*2200.

Uses Opple LED ultra-thin embedded downlights, installed flush with the ceiling, with delayed lighting functionality. The lighting turns on when the door opens and delays turning off for 60 seconds after the air shower completes. Equipped with photoelectric sensors. The interior includes air shower, lighting display screen, and time adjustment buttons. The air shower time is adjustable from 0 to 99 seconds. An LED display shows the door status, fan activation status, and air shower time. The dual-door indicator system uses integrated circuits for automatic sensing and air shower activation. When a person enters the air shower room, the system automatically senses and starts the air shower (no air shower when entering from the exit door, making the program more intelligent). Built-in blocking and direct-through air shower modes, which can be manually switched on the control panel, with an emergency stop function.
