Our boot drying equipment is primarily used for the storage, water control, drying, ozone disinfection, deodorization, and sterilization of water boots, making them more comfortable for employees to wear in winter.

Boot Dryer Principle

Each boot rod is equipped with an air outlet. Clean hot air is blown into the interior of the water boots through the built-in heating and air blowing system, accelerating the removal of moisture inside the boots. Ozone disinfection is used to prevent bacterial growth, keeping the boots warm and dry.

Boot Dryer Features

1. The entire machine is made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, meeting GMP/HACCP certification requirements. It is durable, corrosion-resistant, and rust-proof.

2. The double-tube U-shaped storage design, compared to the previous single-tube design, better fits the shape of water boots, offers stronger load-bearing capacity, increases drying and sterilization area for better results, and avoids potential damage to boots caused by high temperatures from a single round tube supporting them.

3. The double-tube inclined design prevents water retention, facilitates cleaning, and features fully sealed welding on all seams, eliminating any hygiene dead corners.
