Fully Automatic Tunnel-Type Shrink Wrapping Machine with Tunnel Conveyor System

The tunnel-type heat shrink machine is designed for use with heat shrink bags of all sizes and is widely used in the heat shrink packaging of meat products. It features heat shrink functionality.

This machine includes hot water spray and an automatic conveying system. The product to be heat-shrunk is transported by a stainless steel conveyor belt into the automatically temperature-controlled hot water spray area to achieve consistent shrinkage, and then conveyed out of the equipment.

The machine has a simple structure, and its design and materials comply with food hygiene requirements.

The heating of electronic components and water temperature are automatically controlled by a thermostat. The heat-resistant device above the water surface effectively prevents water evaporation loss. Simply place the product on the platform and press the start button. The platform lifts and immerses the product in water. When the automatic platform rises, the product can be removed, and the next batch can be loaded. The construction is simple and robust. All key components are treated to resist the corrosive environment of food production and packaging workshops. The design is safe and hygienic, easy to use and clean, with simple maintenance.
