The thawing machine adopts the principle of low-temperature, high-humidity thawing and mainly consists of five components.

1.Thawing Machine Composition: Insulated thawing chamber, air circulation system, heating and humidification system, refrigeration system, electrical control system.

2.Insulated Thawing Chamber: Assembled with polyurethane insulation panels, featuring self-extinguishing flame-retardant polyurethane sandwich insulation panels in the middle; exterior color steel and interior 304 stainless steel, both with a national standard thickness of 0.5mm and a tolerance of ±0.04mm; panel thickness of 100mm; assembly method uses convex-concave groove eccentric hook connections. The thawing chamber door is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 0.8mm, filled with polyurethane foam insulation material.

3. Thawing Chamber Thawing Classification Methods: Air plenum circulation air distribution structure and ducted air supply circulation structure. In the air plenum circulation structure, horizontal air distribution ensures more detailed, uniform, and controllable air supply. The air plenum structure thawing equipment is open-type with no sanitary dead corners and can be cleaned with water. The equipment structure is simple and elegant. In the ducted air supply circulation structure, the duct system is suspended, saving floor space, with a simple and aesthetically pleasing design. This structure features vertical air discharge, suitable for thawing hanging frozen products like quarter carcasses.

4. Systems Equipped for Thawing Methods: Heating and humidification system, using water vapor method where high-temperature water vapor is减压雾化 (pressure-reduced and atomized) to form low-pressure steam, released into the thawing chamber via pipelines. Auxiliary humidification includes ultrasonic humidification and增压喷淋 (pressure-boosted spray) humidification. Refrigeration system: Mayekawa/Bitzer air-cooled units; Danfoss brand refrigeration valves; domestic refrigerant and冷冻油 (refrigeration oil) are used. Electrical control system: Siemens PLC microcomputer control; control program uses German Fascino technology; control method: multiple modes with 7 time periods; control screen: 10-inch true color HMI touch screen.
