Three-layer deboning line stainless steel dividing conveyor line

The deboning, cutting, and trimming line consists of three layers,

the upper layer transports clean bins (cleaned empty turnover baskets), the middle layer transports raw meat materials,

and the lower layer transports heavy bins (turnover baskets containing cut and trimmed meat).

Operation process: Operators take the clean bins from the upper layer and place them on the turnover basket racks. The raw meat materials are transported via conveyor belts to each workstation. Workers debone, trim, and complete the processing, then place the cut and trimmed meat into the turnover baskets. Once a basket is full, workers push it into the lower layer's heavy bin conveyor, which transports it to the weighing and packaging area.

On both sides of the deboning, cutting, and trimming line, there are operational workbenches. Each workbench has a height of 800 mm, a length and width of 800 mm and 400 mm respectively, and a thickness of 20 mm, made of PE board.

On both sides of each workbench, there are bin racks used for storing the processed products. The dimensions of the bin racks are 620 mm in length, 420 mm in width, and 350 mm in height.
