1. The white strip conveyor is primarily used for conveying meat that is ready for cutting.

2. The conveyor belt material is made of polyformaldehyde, with a plate-type crawler.

3. The main material in the structure is stainless steel square tubing. The drive section consists of a worm gear series motor reducer, with a motor power of 1.1 kW and variable frequency speed control.

4. The conveyor features an adjustable height device with adjustable feet, making it easier to regulate the equipment's operational stability.

5. The conveyor belt has chain plate guidance protection, which fits directly to better protect the belt and reduce wear. A cleaning water pipe is installed at the passive turning point of the conveyor for cleaning the belt.

6. The process of the cutting production line includes four main parts: pre-cutting, fine cutting, turnover box cleaning and conveying, and packaging conveying. This section is the initial part of the process.
