1. PE covers are characterized by high toughness, tensile resistance, corrosion resistance, low-temperature resistance, and good wear resistance. They offer excellent load-bearing capacity, supporting 3-5 tons, and can handle forklift overload without issues. They are available at competitive prices and in various colors, with red, green, blue, white, and black being the most commonly used. Other colors require on-site mixing. They also come with a lifetime warranty. These covers are widely used in food and pharmaceutical workshops where water volume is not excessive, offering cost-effectiveness and reliable after-sales service. The thickness of the covers can be adjusted between 20-35 mm, and the width can be customized based on design dimensions. There are no restrictions on width, and the standard lengths are 625 mm or 1250 mm per piece, with other sizes potentially resulting in material loss. If breakage occurs during use, a lifetime warranty applies. The load-bearing capacity is excellent, supporting 3-5 tons, and forklift overload is not a problem.

2. Stainless steel flat covers feature a hygienic design with full welding technology, avoiding spot welding. All corners are rounded for easy cleaning. They are cost-effective, widely practical, and available in various aesthetically pleasing designs. In food workshops, stainless steel trenches are often used for aesthetic purposes, and matching stainless steel flat covers are commonly paired with them to ensure overall workshop aesthetics and uniformity. There are many types of stainless steel covers, including grating covers, flat covers, and rodent-proof covers. The thickness of rodent-proof covers mainly includes 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, and 2.5 mm. For flat stainless steel covers, thicknesses of 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.0 mm, 4.0 mm, and 5.0 mm are available, with 3.0 mm being the conventional choice.

3. Grating covers offer excellent anti-slip and load-bearing properties. The typical thickness of the plates is 4.0 mm and 5.0 mm. Other grating covers are made by cross-arranging stainless steel plates at specific intervals with crossbars and welding them into a structure with square grids. They are ideal for use as trench covers due to their strong load-bearing capacity and anti-slip properties. For covers under special equipment, this type is highly recommended, while other types are not advised.
