1. Working principle of the low-temperature high-humidity thawing machine: It utilizes low-temperature, high-humidity circulating air passing over the surface of frozen products to achieve slow thawing under relatively small temperature differences. Air ducts circulate air under multiple air plates to blow over the thawing products, creating uniform airflow organization. A certain level of humidity increases the heat conduction medium in the air. The thawing process is fully automated and controlled in stages by a PLC microcomputer system, regulating temperature, humidity, and time (low temperature around 10°C to inhibit bacterial growth, humidity around 90%).

2. Much beef is quartered, and due to its larger size during thawing, air duct circulation is used for air supply. The thawed meat is then further processed and divided.

3. Currently, the most widely used, effective, and safest method for meat preservation is low-temperature treatment. Thawing involves raising the temperature of frozen meat to melt the ice crystals and restore it to its pre-frozen state. Thawing methods are divided into two categories based on heat supply: external thawing and internal thawing. External thawing involves heat transfer from a higher-temperature medium to the surface of the frozen meat, with heat gradually spreading from the surface to the center (e.g., air thawing, water thawing). Internal thawing involves simultaneous heating of all parts of the frozen meat by the medium, providing internal heating (e.g., microwave thawing, high-voltage electrostatic thawing, high-voltage radio frequency thawing).

4. Our low-temperature high-humidity thawing system mainly consists of five parts: the insulated thawing chamber, air circulation system, heating and humidification system, refrigeration system, and electrical control system. Each part is designed in coordination with the thawing products, and many of our solutions are supported by data from practical applications.
