Winch Reduction Gear

The CFT-W winch reduction gear is widely used in the main and auxiliary winches of rotary drilling rigs, as well as in various drilling rig winch mechanisms, crawler cranes, ship cranes, marine cranes, and other winch systems. Due to its highly compact design, it can be directly installed inside the drum, saving space. We can modify the motor interface and external mounting dimensions of the reduction gear according to customer requirements to meet the needs of different working conditions. This travel reduction gear is an ideal alternative to Rexroth products.

We provide the CFT-W series winch reduction gear, which not only ensures compatibility in external mounting dimensions with Rexroth products but also guarantees that over 80% of the internal components are interchangeable with Rexroth. These include critical parts such as planetary gears, planetary gear bearings without isolation rings, planetary carriers, and internal gear rings.
