High Hardness TPV 5790B

Sarlink® TPV 5790B from Teknor Apex in the USA is a high-heat-resistant, UV-stable thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade with high hardness. It features high tensile strength, excellent flex fatigue durability, resistance to high temperatures up to 135°C, superior electrical properties, wear resistance, and outstanding chemical and weather resistance. It possesses high impact strength, low specific gravity, low tensile and compression set, and good colorability. It is elastic, with good processability and medium density. Due to shorter cycle times, it reduces production costs, lowers energy requirements, and offers very high material efficiency thanks to its recyclability.

Sarlink® TPV 5790B can be reprocessed through multiple thermal cycles without loss of physical properties. It is suitable for blow molding, extrusion, profile, and injection molding processes. Recommended for automotive applications, belts and belt repair profiles, rubber replacement, seals, and weatherstripping. It complies with UL 94 and RoHS standards.
