TPV 5755B - UV Resistant TPV

Sarlink®TPV 5755B is a heat-resistant, UV-stable, low-hardness thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV). It features excellent flex fatigue durability, resistance to high temperatures up to 135°C, superior electrical properties, abrasion resistance, and outstanding chemical and weather resistance. It possesses high impact strength, low specific gravity, low tensile and compression set, and good colorability. Due to its shorter cycle times, it reduces production costs, lowers energy requirements, and offers very high material efficiency because of its recyclability.

Sarlink®TPV 5755B can be reprocessed through multiple thermal cycles without loss of physical properties. It is suitable for blow molding, extrusion, profile, and injection molding processes. Applicable for uses such as belt/belt repair profiles and weatherstripping. Potential applications include automotive (under-the-hood applications, sealing systems), construction profiles, hoses, films, sheets, wire and cable jacketing, pipe seals, wine bottle stoppers, household appliances, power tools, sports and leisure products, personal care items, and food contact applications. Complies with automotive specifications such as Daimler MBN 23 Type C.
