TPV 5780B - Bending Fatigue Resistance

Sarlink® TPV X5780B is a heat-resistant, UV-stable, medium-hardness thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV). It features excellent flex fatigue durability, resistance to high temperatures up to 135°C, superior electrical properties, wear resistance, and outstanding chemical and weather resistance. It also offers high impact strength, low specific gravity, low tension and compression set, and good colorability. Due to its shorter cycle times, it reduces production costs and energy requirements, and owing to its recyclability, it delivers very high material efficiency.

Sarlink® TPV X5780B can be reprocessed through multiple thermal cycles without loss of physical properties. It is suitable for blow molding, extrusion, profile, and injection molding processes. Applications include belt/belt repair profiles and weatherstripping. Potential uses span automotive (under-the-hood applications, sealing systems), construction profiles, hoses, films, sheets, wire and cable jacketing, pipe seals, wine stoppers, home appliances, power tools, sports and leisure products, personal care items, and food contact applications.
