TPV 4165 - Low-Density Thermoplastic Elastomer
Other Products
Sarlink TPV 4165 - Low-Density Thermoplastic Elastomer features properties such as high-temperature resistance and oil resistance.
Sarlink® TPV is a globally branded thermoplastic vulcanizate, an innovative material with rubber-like characteristics that can be processed like plastic. Sarlink offers time-tested TPV expertise, an extensive product range, exceptional customer service, and fully colorable high-performance solutions for many complex application challenges.
Thermoplastic Elastomer TPV primarily consists of two components: plastic as the continuous phase and rubber as the dispersed phase. TPV has a wide application temperature range (-60°C to +150°C) and a broad softness-hardness application range (2*** to 65D). Its advantage of easy dyeing significantly enhances design freedom for products. It offers excellent processing performance and can be processed using methods such as injection and extrusion, which are efficient, simple, and require no additional equipment. It has high fluidity and low shrinkage. TPV is environmentally friendly, recyclable, and shows no significant decline in performance even after six cycles of reuse, meeting EU environmental standards. It has a low specific gravity (0.90–0.97), uniform appearance, high surface quality, and a pleasant texture. TPV exhibits good resistance to microorganisms and hydrolysis, high mechanical performance, excellent low-temperature flexibility, and is tough, wear-resistant, cold-resistant, oil-resistant, aging-resistant, weather-resistant, and UV-resistant. It also offers good elasticity, breathability, and moisture permeability.
