MV2080-Arkema Antistatic Agent

1. Arkema Pebax MV2080 from France is a specialized antistatic masterbatch synthesized on a polyamide basis with unique polyether segments, featuring.

2. MV2080 has a Shore hardness of 40D, intrinsic resistance of 6*10^6, density of 1.07, normal water absorption rate of 0.7%, with PA12 as the base material.

3. Polymer antistatic masterbatch, unaffected by humidity and environmental conditions.

4. Antistatic principle: polymer network structure achieves volume resistance, rather than surface exudative resistance, resulting in antistatic effectiveness.

5. PA12 base material structure, effective for use with substrates such as PP, PE, PET, PA12, PPS, POM, ABS, etc.

6. Processing methods: can be pelletized or dry blended.
