PEBAX 4533 Basic Properties

• Material Type: Polyether block amide (PEBA-ether), copolymerized with rigid polyamide (PA12) and flexible polyether segments, combining the high strength of nylon with the flexibility of elastomers.
• Density: 1.01 g/cm³, significantly lower than traditional engineering plastics, suitable for lightweight design.
• Hardness: Shore hardness 46D (SP01 grade) or 41D (SA01MED medical grade), with an off-white granular appearance.
• Thermal Properties: Melting point range 147~160°C, Vicat softening temperature 110~131°C.
