1.1 Equipment Features:

Through these measures, the workspace can be effectively maintained in a clean state for the long term, thereby meeting the cleanliness requirements of the products. This cleaning machine is highly suitable for cleaning and drying various metal products before PVD coating and can fully operate in environments with a class 1000 or higher cleanliness level.

1.2 Working Mechanism:

The workpieces to be cleaned are placed in specialized fixtures within the material basket. The basket is manually loaded into each cleaning tank for the cleaning process, which includes detergent cleaning, pure water rinsing, pure water ultrasonic rinsing, slow lifting for dehydration, and hot air drying.
