I. Equipment Overview:

1.1Equipment Features:

Utilizes the new and popular environmentally friendly water-based cleaning process. The design is advanced and reasonable, fully considering environmental and energy-saving requirements; and adopts a fully enclosed structure, with operating components designed to prevent contamination; the cleaning machine frame and drying oven both use positive pressure air supply to ensure that air always flows outward during operation; at the same time, the cleaning area is isolated from the maintenance area to ensure that lubricating grease and motion wear do not cause secondary contamination to the cleaned products; through the above measures, the working chamber can be effectively kept clean for a long time, thereby meeting the product's cleanliness requirements; the clever equal-position transfer structure minimizes auxiliary operating time and ensures the accuracy of process parameter implementation. This cleaning machine is very suitable for cleaning and drying various metal products before PVD coating and can fully operate in environments of class 1000 or higher.

1.2Working Mechanism:

The workpieces to be cleaned are placed in special fixtures within the material basket, which is manually placed at the feeding port. The equal-position robotic arm automatically sends the material basket into the cleaning machine body. The lifting mechanism moves the material basket to the corresponding height according to the program specified by the PLC. After completing the detergent cleaning, pure water rinsing, pure water ultrasonic rinsing, slow lifting dehydration, and hot air drying of the workpieces, the basket is sent to the cleaning machine exit and transported to the unloading station for discharge. The equal-position robotic arm is driven horizontally by a cylinder and guided by a linear slide rail; the lifting mechanism is driven by a motor and guided by a linear guide shaft; the slow lifting mechanism is driven by a variable frequency motor and guided by a linear slider; loading and unloading are independently completed by the lifting mechanism; the touch screen operating system, with manual and automatic switching switches and related operation buttons, controls the entire operation process.

1、Architectural Hardware: Bathroom hardware (such as faucets), door locks, door handles, bathroom accessories, hardware hinges, furniture, etc.
2．Watchmaking Industry: Can be used for watch cases, watch straps, coating of crystal products.
3．Other Small Hardware: Leather hardware, stainless steel tableware, eyeglass frames, molds, etc.
4．Large Workpieces: Automotive wheel hubs, stainless steel plates, signs, sculptures, etc.
5. Stainless steel pipes and plates (various surface types)
6. Furniture, lighting fixtures, hotel supplies.
