I. Overview of High-Voltage Prepayment Metering Device

The YFJLSZ-10 high-voltage prepayment metering device (ZW32YFJ-12) consists of a ZW32-12 vacuum circuit breaker, a dry-type integrally cast combined transformer, and an electric energy metering control box. The dedicated model from Zhejiang Chuanlong Electric is ZW32YFJ-12. It is suitable for electric energy metering in outdoor power systems with a rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 10KV and below. It can provide users with 0.2S class various ratios and dual-ratio products. Paired with a three-phase multifunctional electric meter, it enables the switching and closing of load currents, overload currents, and short-circuit currents in the distribution system. It features a high-precision high-voltage metering device, achieving all metering, calculation, and billing functions for active energy meters, reactive energy meters, active demand meters, power factor meters, prepayment meters, and multi-rate meters. It also allows flexible presetting of multifunctional overload alarms, automatic power interruption, phase-loss alarms, recording, and automatic meter reading. Utilizing international standard IC card RS485 interface, infrared communication, large-screen LCD display, and multiple technologies, it flexibly presets various functions. Through IC cards or handheld computers as media, it facilitates information transmission between users and the power supply department's computer system. The power department can choose one or multiple transmission methods based on local conditions, enabling convenient computer network management for the power department, thus meeting the needs of effective and timely modern scientific management of users.

II. Overview of High-Voltage Prepayment Metering Device Combined Transformer

The dry-type integrally cast combined transformer is a product developed by our factory for monitoring and metering to ensure the safe and stable operation of power supply. Its structural features include: using Swiss outdoor epoxy resin that is resistant to electric arcs, UV radiation, and aging, vacuum-cast integrally. The exterior adopts a rain-shed skirt design, with a large surface creepage distance, strong hydrophobicity, and high seismic resistance. The support and current transformer are integrated into one, reducing volume and weight. This ensures the reliability and clarity of high-voltage leads. It enhances anti-tampering capabilities, replacing the traditional box-type porcelain insulator structure, reducing internal high-voltage components, and improving the insulation performance of the transformer.

3.1 Technical performance indicators of voltage transformer.

3.1.1 The voltage transformer's two-element single-phase unit has a rated voltage ratio of 10000/100V or 6000/100V.

3.1.2 Single-phase rated output: two-element 0.2 class is 25VA, single-phase limit output is 400VA. Three-element 0.2 class is 25/√3VA, single-phase limit output is 400/√3VA.

3.1.3 Three-phase rated voltage ratio is 10000/100V or 60000/100V, 35000/100V. Three-phase rated secondary output is 0.2 class 20VA, three-phase limit output is 400VA.

3.1.4 Voltage accuracy class: 0.2 class.

3.1.5 Voltage error and phase difference comply with the provisions of GB1207—2006.
