I. Steel Pipe Hydrostatic Testing Machine
1. Structural Composition
1) Mechanical guidance and pneumatic part: The machine's pressure testing main head adopts a horizontal structure. The body is primarily composed of high-quality steel plates welded together and subjected to artificial aging treatment, providing excellent mechanical properties with minimal deformation and high rigidity during operation. The frame is welded from rectangular and square tubes, and the water tank is made of 304 stainless steel plates.
2) Frame and pipe support frame: Both the frame and pipe support frame are constructed by welding square and rectangular tubes.
3) Stainless steel water tank: The water tank is made of 3 mm thick 304 stainless steel, welded together.
