■ Scope of Application
This machine is suitable for the pre-weaving preparation of silk weaving, color weaving, wool spinning, linen spinning, and various types of chemical fiber weaving. It is an ideal supporting equipment for imported and domestic shuttleless looms such as rapier, water jet, and projectile looms, offering excellent performance and cost-effectiveness.
■ Main Technical Features
● High speed, large package, AC motor direct drive, variable frequency speed control, achieving constant linear speed winding. Both warping and beaming are stepless speed adjustable.
● The entire machine's action control and execution system is composed of an industrial computer PLC, grating rotary encoder, and servo motor. It controls and detects the warp yarn displacement climbing, ensuring stable and reliable performance, high displacement accuracy, and excellent warp yarn formation.
● The microcomputer and grating rotary encoder form a closed-loop control system, enabling direct functions such as length counting, piece counting, hank counting, and speed measurement.
● The high-strength thin-walled steel fixed taper angle drum, combined with the warping table controlled by a high-precision servo motor, can meet the warping process requirements for all varieties.
● Efficient braking is achieved using a pneumatic-hydraulic conversion mechanism and a clamping brake. This mechanism also generates damping tension during beaming, which can be steplessly adjusted according to variety requirements.
● Equipped with a rectangular flip-type creel for collective bobbin changing, inside (outside) yarn guiding, and a fully enclosed infrared warp breakage detection device that is sensitive and reliable.
● Features a touch screen for convenient operation, online fault display, and strong fault query functionality.
